The more you sell, the better your terms
Every agency starts on the entry tier. As your bookings grow, so does your benefit — there is nothing to buy and no fee to move up.
You sell at the public price and Liva pays you a share of its net commission on the sale. Your tier sets the maximum share; the commission earned is shown on every booking.

Bronze
Up to 40% share of eligible Liva net margin.

Up to 45% share of eligible Liva net margin.
From 10 bookings and 5,000 qualified sales

Gold
Up to 50% share of eligible Liva net margin.
From 50 bookings and 25,000 qualified sales

Platinum
Up to 60% share of eligible Liva net margin.
From 150 bookings and 100,000 qualified sales
- Both figures are required to reach a tier — bookings and qualified sales, not either one on its own.
- Counted over a rolling 12 months, so your standing reflects what you are selling now. Cancelled bookings are not counted.
- Tier changes are reviewed by Liva. Your current tier, your figures and your progress to the next tier are always visible in your agent account.
