LiVa Voucher credit is Liva’s travel-credit reward — earned automatically when you book an eligible trip, and ready to use after you’ve travelled. It’s store credit for Liva bookings, not cash.
This site is part of the Liva network. LiVa Voucher credit is Liva’s rewards currency, usable across participating Liva sites.
What is LiVa Voucher credit?
You earn LiVa Voucher credit on eligible bookings — a small reward from Liva, credited automatically after you book. It is store credit for Liva bookings, not cash.
When it becomes available.
Newly earned LiVa Voucher credit is pending until your trip is over. Once you’ve travelled it becomes available to spend — the date shows on the voucher.
Where to see your LiVa Voucher credit
Your balance and full history live in your account, under LiVa Voucher credit. Every award shows whether it’s pending or available, and when it expires.
Expiry.
Each voucher shows its own expiry date (or “no expiry”). Use it before then.
Refunds & changes.
If a booking is refunded, money returns to your card and LiVa Voucher credit returns as LiVa Voucher credit — LiVa Voucher credit is never converted to cash. If you cancel before you travel, any pending LiVa Voucher credit from that booking is removed.
Using your LiVa Voucher credit
At checkout you can apply your available LiVa Voucher credit to reduce the amount you pay by card; the rest is charged as usual. Your LiVa Voucher credit and card payment are shown separately.
Who can earn
You earn when you’re signed in to your Liva account and your booking is eligible — not every booking or fare qualifies. Sign in before you book so your LiVa Voucher credit is credited to your account.
