Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 24 Hours before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline.

  • We will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made over 24 Hours prior to departure. However amendment is subject to availability and new rates may apply.
  • Any amendment resulting in lower rates or less number of passenger is subject to 5% surcharge of the difference figure between total amounts less the amended amount.

Things to Know

  • Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your trip's scheduled departure time (Pier to Pier conditions). If you are too late, your ticket will expire and cannot be Refunded and Changed.
  • You can check in with e-ticket on mobile or device. Please make sure you check in with the right operator you booked with.
  • Time stated is only for estimation. The actual time schedule is subject to change without prior notice due to unpredictable weather conditions and fortuitous events.
  • The price does not include entrance fee, cleaning fee at Tonsai pier (THB 20/person) and any additional fees and surcharges (if any).
  • Baggage: Each passenger is allowed of a maximum of 1 piece luggage and 1 handy bag not exceeding a total weight of 25kg. Local ferry companies reserve the right to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items (though this is highly unlikely). Label your baggage clearly for ease of collecting at your arrival point. Travellers carry valuable or fragile items at their own risk. Such items include money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, electronic devices, computers, cameras, video equipment, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, passports and other identification documents, title deeds, artifacts, manuscripts and the like.
  • Same Day Flights: Ferry companies are point to point carriers and we do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flight. We do not recommend that our customers book ferry trips on the same day as their flights. If for any reason same-day ferry trips are unavoidable, please leave as much time as possible. Please bear in mind that delays do occur time to time. We recommend a pre-scheduled private taxi from pier to airport to lessen the risk of a late arrival.
  • Delays & Cancellations: The operator reserves the right to vary the service in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passenger and also reserves the right to cancel the service or change the schedule at any time without notice – due to poor weather conditions, any emergency circumstances or mechanical failure. The operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury which may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. The company shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
  • Unaccompanied Children: Children below age 11 will not be accepted onto a ferry unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age.
  • General Behavior: Once at the departing pier, passengers should comply with the instructions of the ferry company's servants and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and should comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel. Ferry companies reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.
  • Physical Notice: We recommend caution for any customer traveling who is pregnant or has any heart or back problems or other physical impediments. We also recommend a high degree of caution for parents traveling with infants (under 3 years old). The operator shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any personal property, whether in respect of the voyage to and from the Island, under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • Before travelling to / from Phi Phi, please prepare: Passport or Thai ID Card
  • There are no travel restrictions for pregnant passengers on ferry. However, please be aware that the service provider will not be responsible for any health-related issues that may occur.
  • If you intend to travel with an animal, please reach out to Customer Support in advance to confirm with the service provider.
  • Always keep your valuables, crucial items, fragile belongings, passport, and important documents with you. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to these items.
  • Due to safety policies, pregnant passengers are not permitted to travel with Speedboat.
  • If the date and time specified on the ticket passed already, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
