Who this change affects
The move applies to the Lomprayah Bangkok branch office only. It does not change the operator, the company itself, or the way your booking is issued.
You are most likely to be affected if you planned to visit the Bangkok office in person — for example to ask a question at the counter, collect a document, or start your journey from the Bangkok departure point.
What travellers should do
- Travelling on or after 21 November 2024: go to the Old Southern Terminal, not the previous address.
- Check the map link before you set off and share it with your taxi or ride-hailing driver, as terminal names in Bangkok are easy to confuse.
- Allow extra time the first time you use the new location so you are not rushing to find the office.
