CHECK-IN POINT: Please check in at the Phantip Travel Office (Nathon, Koh Samui branch), located opposite the Nathon Police Station and Siam Commercial Bank, to exchange your voucher for the actual ferry ticket.

Kindly ensure you check in at the Phantip Travel Office at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
After receiving the ticket, please present it to the Seatran Ferry counter staff at Nathon Pier. Please note that without the ticket issued by the Phantip Travel Office, Seatran Ferry staff will not allow boarding.
Getting from the office to the pier
Once check-in is completed, you may walk to Nathon Pier to board the ferry. The distance is approximately 400 meters, which takes around 10 minutes on foot.
Allow extra time if you are carrying heavy luggage or travelling with children. Nathon town is on the west coast of Koh Samui and is reached from Chaweng, Lamai, Bophut and Samui Airport by taxi, songthaew or private transfer.
