Sunset Beach is the shortest of Koh Lipe's three main beaches, tucked into the island's north-west corner and reached on foot across the island or along the shore from Sunrise Beach. It is the quietest of the three by some margin.
It looks west across open water toward Koh Adang's southern tip, and as the name promises it is where people gather at the end of the day. A handful of low-key bars and bungalow places sit behind the sand.
The swimming is calm but the beach is small and can be shallow at low tide. Walking Street is about ten minutes away on foot.

- Koh Adang Viewpoint (Chado Cliff) — A steep climb above the beach on Koh Adang, opening the classic view down over Koh Lipe.
- Pattaya Beach, Koh Lipe — The island's main south-facing beach, where the ferries arrive and most of the resorts sit.
- Sunrise Beach (Hat Chao Ley), Koh Lipe — The long east-facing beach on Koh Lipe, looking across the channel to Koh Adang.
- Walking Street, Koh Lipe — The pedestrian lane crossing the island between Pattaya and Sunrise beaches - Lipe's high street.
